Dylan Sepulveda is a New Jersey based improvisor and instructor with over six years of experience running comedy and team building workshops. He has been working with The Radical Agreement Project since 2021 helping people of all stripes recognize the power of improvisation.
Dylan strongly believes that improv comedy can be a powerful tool to break down barriers and build rapport between teammates. This is because the key to good improv is making your teammates look good. So often people find themselves fighting for or hogging the spotlight without even knowing it. This can lead to important voices and ideas never being heard! Good improv asks us to instead shine the spotlight on our teammates, to lift up their ideas and make them look good. This powerful but simple idea is incredibly useful from the board room to personal life. When we lift up others, we set ourselves up to be lifted up with them!
Dylan is a champion for more improv everywhere. These core comedic principles of listening to our teammates and lifting one another up aren't just for the stage. No, they're powerful enough and flexible enough that they can and should be implemented in nearly every interaction we have!
