Olivia Johns

Olivia is a Training and Development Specialist at Carboline. Her focus is to create learning experiences that feel supportive, clear, and genuinely useful, especially when teams navigate change. 

She previously served as an instructional designer at Washington University in St. Louis, where she built training programs and change support for small and large initiatives, including Workday adoption.
