Terry Withers is a dedicated improv artist, teacher and administrator who got his start in NYC at UCB. He has almost two decades of experience arranging, facilitating and leading improv based corporate workshops in NYC, the Baltimore/DC area and across the country.
Terry is a passionate facilitator of improv based workshops designed for professional settings. He is is an expert at easily communicating nuanced teachings that hone soft skills and turbocharge growth.
He founded The Radical Agreement Project (RA) during the height of the Covid pandemic as a way to kill time while at home. He has now killed so much time the police are after him!
Creator of Paranormal Comedy, The College Improv Conference, Short Form Is The Only Art Form, Cooking In The Kitchen 2032 and dozens of even less marketable shows, Terry is proud of the growing vibrant community of dedicated comedic improvisers that is The Radical Agreement Project!
