Yulia believes improv is not just a performance, but a way of living fit for a chaotic, ever-changing world. For her, improv is a practice of processing reality, finding connection, and even a glimpse of how humanity can move forward.

She came to RA with no previous improv experience, but with a lifelong love of comedy and absurd humor — plus plenty of practice in writing books and making short films.

Yulia dreams of building CollThink — collective thinking as a service — a company where improv games, facilitated by AI and guided by her Theory of Values framework, help companies, nonprofits, and even governments find out-of-box insights for real-world challenges. To make that dream come true, she has started hosting improv games herself.
